COOKING TIP To help keep a pot from boiling over, put a toothpick between the pot and lid. Just be careful to remove the toothpick before you lift the lid to check your food.

To sour milk or cream; Add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to each 1/2 pint fresh milk or cream. Allow to stand at room temp. for 30 minutes.
