2 eggs 1 T chopped tomato 1 t chives 2 T grated cheese 1 t sour cream dash taco sauce 2 T cooked hamburger 1/4 t cumin powder
Spray pan with non stick spray. Mix eggs and pour into hot pan. Once the egg starts to set, add the rest of the ingredients. Fold and flip the omlet over and heat until the cheese melts slightly. Makes 1 serving.
Nutritional information: 293 calories, 20 g fat, 25 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 469 mg cholesterol, 249 mg sodium, no fiber.
