German Pancakes
Introduction This is fun when you pull it out of the oven because it is puffed up real high. Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions Preheat oven to 450. In 9x13 inch pan melt butter. Mix milk, flour, eggs, and salt. Add to pan with melted butter. Bake for 15 or 20 minutes. Serving Suggestions Serve any way you want. We usually serve with syrup and or strawberries and coolwhip. (or powdered sugar.)

Hi Robyn2,
I make this quite a bit in the winter. Our grandkids love it! Actually I do, too! I usually like to make this when we have company, too. Fresh fruit on top is good, too! Our recipe calls for buttermilk syrup poured on top of the powdered sugar. I will get that recipe out and post it a little later today. Have to go to work soon.
