: 2 cans cornbeef hash 1 dozen English muffins 1 dozen eggs 1/2 cup cream 1 bunch dill 1/2 cup garlic salsa Split muffins, spread each with 2 tablespoons of cornbeef hash. Microwave until warm. Scramble eggs, cream and dill. Put a pile of scrambled eggs on each muffin half. Spoon on a tablespoon of salsa and top with sprig of fresh dill.
Serves: 12 or more
