I am looking for a recipe for the Tastefully Simples Si Si Cilantro Dip MIX not the dip itself. Any help would be appreciated. I love this dip and the mix has been discontinued. Thanks, Roxy39

Remember Cilantro is called Coriander in some Countries.
So someone may have a Si Si Coriander Dip Mix

Hi Chris, well done on finding the dip. I would like to give it a try, problem my jalapeno plants are not near ripe and I don't know what a serrano pepper is and have never seen it for sale around here. I have sliced jalapenos in a jar, with brine do you think they would do the job. I have also got a scotch bonnet in the bottom drawer of the fridge. It has seen better days. Ron isn't too keen on toooo hot, hence the reason why the scotch bonnet hasn't been used, but the dip is for me.
Any ideas?
I love coriander with everything.

Hi Sylvia, You may or may not find a serrano pepper in the UK. However, why not try a jalapeno from the store. Or, maybe you might try one of those little skinny red peppers. The Thai ones. They are hot, very hot, but if you take the seeds out, it might not be too bad. Good luck!

Sorry Chris no fresh Jalapenos either, but can get red and green chilli hot hot peppers, so thanks I'll give your suggestion a try.
