3 dozen eggs 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cups mushrooms, sliced 2cups sharp cheese, grated 1/4 cup Sprite 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped salt and pepper to taste
Using two large skillets, scramble the eggs until just set. Transfer the eggs to a 3-quart casserole dish. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Note: May be prepared the day before and refrigerate, covered with foil. Bring to room temperature before baking.
