Whole Wheat Beer Loaf
Preheat 190oC/375oF
3 cups whole wheat flour 2 tbsp raw sugar 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 12 oz/480mls dark beer
Lightly grease bread pan
Spoon flour into measuring cups
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl Pour beer into dry mixture
Stir to combine, it will eventually form a dough Eventually, you will need to stop using the spoon and use your hands to combine
Transfer dough to your bread pan press down gently so it spreads out evenly
Bake for 1 hour
Cool on a wire rack before slicing
