I adore smoked salmon, particularly Scottish smoked salmon. My DH has tried to eat it, but he just can't handle it. Probably the only thing that he doesn't manage - that and mustard hmmm.
Smoked Salmon, capers and onion
Serves 2
1 x150g pack Smoked salmon Capers* - amount depends on taste - probably 1 Tbs. 2 slices wholegrain bread Few sliced red onion rings Lemon
Toast the bread and place onto your serving plate. Lay the salmon on the bread and top with capers. Season with black pepper. Sprinkle with onion rings Garnish with lemon wedge
If you are using salted capers, rinse thoroughly then dry before topping over the salmon.
