Add some zing to your BBQ burgers with this one.
Tomato, Coriander (Cilantro) and Yogurt Relish
6 Ripe tomatoes, quartered, deseeded and diced 200g tub of Greek yogurt 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped 1 small red onion, finely chopped Squeeze of lemon juice
Mix together the tomatoes, yogurt, coriander, onion and lemon juice and season to taste.
Variations: instead of tomatoes, used diced, de-seeded cucumber. You can also try mint instead of coriander.
