Phillppines Chicken 1-family pack of chicken drumstick or thighs,or a mixture MIXTURE: 1-1/2.cups each:soy sauce,vinegar The biggest pot fill with water about 1-1/2. top from the top,ln large tea strainer put pickling spice in it and seal tight,put in water with chicken. Boil for one hour,the longer you boil the more tender it is falle off the bone,But no longer than 1-1/2 hours(The meat will get Mushy)Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable use the chicken broth that you boiled your chicken in.and serve it over the rice
