Hello Everyone, First of all, a big 'thank you' to Nancy for this wonderful place to find help and wonderful recipes. You are a Godsend.
For Easter this year I am making raviolis. One person in our group cannot eat anything with gluten. Does anyone have a gluten free, TNT recipe for making pasta? Or maybe a suggestion of what can be used instead to hold the ravioli filling? I thought of won-ton wrappers, but found out they use flour. I was hoping that they just used rice flour. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Witchone

Hello Everyone:
I no longer need a recipe for gluten-free pasta. I found a recipe on Epicurious by 'Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef'. It had wonderful reviews. I can now make Gluten-Free raviolis for Easter.
