1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese 5 or 6 fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced 1 tbsp. defrosted undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
Place scoop of cottage cheese on salad plate; surround with strawberries. Top with juice concentrate.
