Hi everyone! Newbie here!
I am finding that I am bored with my breakfasts.
I need a substantial breakfast to get me going... but I still want to be in the low-calorie/point ranges.
Can you help me?
What do you eat for breakfast?
Thanks!

;D One of the things I like to eat for breakfast is a breakfast berrito. I make it with 2 egg whites scrambled and then I add any veggies I like such as Peppers, onions, even grated carrots. I then put it a flat bread with salsa. I eat this along with a piece of fruit and some tea. I find It fills me and if I add a little hotpepper it keeps me satisfied until lunch.

Oatmeal is also a great braekfast. I have the instant baked apple kind and it's only 3 points per package and very filling. But you can use any flavor you like or plain. You can add fruit to it or splenda (or another sweetner you like) and it tastes great and sticks with you. HTH

;D A great ceral is Quaker Brand - Crunchy Corn Bran. This is only 1 point for 3/4 cup and is great dry with an apple or 1 cup grapes which is only a 2 point breakfast. It is also a good snack to keep on hand.

;DI have oatmeal every morning just about. I use the regular oatmeal. one-half cup oatmeal, one small apple-cut into small slices or chunks, cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp vanilla, and alittle less than 3/4 cup water. More or less water if you like it drier like I do. I put it all in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 3 minutes!! mmmmmgood!! Sometimes instead of an apple, I use a peach. I sometimes put a banana in it after the oatmeal is cooked. I have lost 54lbs. in ww (hopefully more when I weigh in Wed. p.m. and I always start my day with oatmeal. With a small apple it is only 3 very filling points. Sometimes i have toast, too, high fiber-1point for 2 pieces and I have it dry to crumble in the oatmeal and apple!!!! It's like an awesome apple pie!!!!!mmmmmgood!!I have never gotten bored with this variety for a year!!!!

I like to take cottage cheese and mix in some dry jello (you choose flavor) and add a fruit to the mixture with a tiny bit of the liquor. Refrigerate and eat the next morning. It is really tasty and different!

I usually eat a Thomas English muffin with sugar free welch's jelly, spray fat free butter that is 2 points for and 3/4 cup of Kashi Original Cereal which is 1 point (I eat it dry) and a banana which is 1 point. Total of 4 points. They also have light wheat bread and for 2 slices it is 1 point. Have a great day!

hello, i am new to the message board, and is the first day i have ever put anything on a message board, but here goes. Sometimes I eat Kellogg's Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat waffles made with whole wheat, toasted in the toaster and a little sugar-free syrup added. Very tasty.

For breakfast I have, one bowl of bran flakes with a cut up banana, an english muffin with low fat cheese whiz and 1/2 cottage cheese. Doesn't sound to great, but when you're dieting, everything starts to taste good after awhile.
