I just recently started the South Beach Diet and I’m having a hard time with sugar cravings. I’m trying to find things to replace my usual sugary snacks with. I already replaced ice cream with sugar-free jell-o snacks, which are actually really good. But I’m obsessed with Starbucks and haven’t yet found a good replacement. What do you guys do when you’re on a diet?
