Hi This is my first post, I am i new . Just thought i would tell you that WW , will work and if any one needs a WW buddie, i would be glad to talk to you when you need a friend. I have lost 114 lb, since last April,need to lose 45 more. Some times i get in a slump, but then i get to thinking about how far i have come and how GOOD i look and feel ,nothing can beat that feeling !!

TEXTHi!! This is my first post, too!! CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss!! You have to be SO proud of yourself. I joined WW Feb. 5th of last year and I have lost 54lbs. When I read that you sometimes are in a slump- I knew EXACTLY what you meant!! I have too!! I also think of how far I have come and do not, never, ever want to go back!!! You are exactly the kind of buddie I need!!! I tried to find other people who have a struggle sometimes, but you are the first one I have found!! I am doing really well this week, but a couple of weeks ago, I was really pigging out and feeling tired and just icky!!! Let's keep on the right trail!! I LOVE WEIGHT WATCHERSand it is nice to talk to you!!

Hi wannabthn, congrats on your weight loss also. You sound like you are doing great, Since the holidays, i have gained 9 pounds back, i am still going to weight watchers, and dont plan on quiting, but i seem to be off track a little,. I know as soon as the weather warms up i can get out and walk, was walking 2 miles a day, but i stopped cause it is very cold here in West Virginia.I know that is no excuse cause there is always the Mall, i could go and walk at, but it seems that Iam in that winter comfort zone.When it snows, i eat. Got to get back on track, maybe , you will be good for me as i could be for you.I might need some pep talk from you .Any way keep in touch and let me know how you are doing . Linda

;DHi, Linda!! I know what you mean about the cold and walking!! I'm in the Chicago area and I am also in winter mode! 3 weeks ago I had SUCH a hard week I actually gained 7.8 lbs...in ONE week. Alot of salty foods and SWEETS- The next week I lost 6.2-I was pretty happy. I have been going on Wed. p.m., so I will let you know how I do after I weigh in tomorrow. I was SO glad that I did weigh in for the 7.8. I was not going to go back for a week, but I had this thought TO NOT QUIT, NEVER QUIT!! I try to remember this when I reach for a cookie. It really helps!I think we will be able to help each other. Nice to meet you Linda!!! Sheila

Hi Marty, You have made the first step, to becoming a new person. Some people say that it is to costly to join Weight Watcher, but think about it this way, if you dont spend that 12.oo a week on something good for you, then you know it would be spent on McDonalds or Burger King or something t like that.I always say just dont go out and eat one day a week and you will have the money you need for weight watchers ! I tell you what, the FEELING you get, when you start to lose that weight and start to look good and feel good, IT JUST CANT COMPARE to the FEELING of over eatting and feeling stuffed and lazy .I would rather miss out on a few cup cakes, than have to hall around an extra person. Good luck on your weight loss, dont give up, you wont be sorry. Linda

hey linda , how are you today. as for me pretty good. i have lost 3 pounds so far. i no its not much but it is a start. now just 37 more to go ha. i have a friend at work that has lost 10 lbs . im so happy for her. do you do exercise with your ww program. i havent dont that part yet. i would rather do with out food than the exercise. ha one step at a time. well keep in touch and good luck on your cont. success. marty

;D :-*Well that is great . Congrats on the weight loss.Thats a good idea you have, JUST KEEP ON COUNTING THOSE POUNDS DOWN. Put that on the frig and mark them off as you lose them. And ever time you go to that frig, you can say NO NO NO NO i only have (X amount of pounds to go ) !!Keep up the great work , girl your gonna do it and think about all the new cloths you get to buy this summer. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;DHi guys, well you wont believe this but, i lost 12 and 1/2 pounds this week. I dont know how ?? I have been really good, but i did go out and eat last Sat.I think someone didnt weigh me right last week. But i know i have lost some cause i feel good. Plus last week was the bloating week if you know what i mean, but still., i just wanted to share that with my ww buddies.Just couldnt keep that to my self. !! Keep up the good work, my friends

;)Its going to be very tuff , on us girls this weekend !! Being Valentines day. Going out to eat, when its a special Holiday is very hard. Theres going to be lots of chocolate floating around also !! Wow so hard !Im not into the chocolate sceen ,so thats not a problem for me, but when i go out i always like to get my moneys worth. What i do most of the time is, drink lots and lots and l ots of water before i eat and start out with a salad, and it fills me up ,then i dont do to bad the rest of the night.But we got to be strong, we all want to look and feel good this summer, and maybe next Valentines Day, we will look so good in those new sexy clothes, that we will not be accepting any chocolate ,, only ROCKS. Big sparkly ROCKS !!!!LOL LOL To all my buddie have a nice Valentines day and leave the chocolate ALONE ( remember ROCKS, BIG Rocks )

That is QUITE an accomplishment, and it's not an easy thing to do. I've just lost 30 lbs. and have another 20 to go. While it's hard work, it's WORTH it!

Yes, as most of us know , you have to put some effert in to it, but like you said its worth it. I didnt do to well,for Valentines, went out to eat crab legs and i dipped it in butter too,,,,, oh no, bet i am in trouble lol

Hi Cookiepuss Thank you, i wont tell you that it was all easy, but when you do have the will power, thats a good thing. I have been in a slump also, i think now that the weather is warming , i will snap out of it. Congrats on your weight loss too. that is great and you should be proud of your self, you have came a long way, i dont know how much more you need to loss, but i think after you have been with it for awhile,it slow down a bit, but keep up the great work and you wont be sorry. When people tell you ,you are looking good, you kinda get use to all that prase and you get comfortable with the way you look, and you start to slack up a bit, least that is whats going on with me. Hey linda . havent heard from you lately. hope all is ok with you. i have now lost 11 lbs and im really getting tired of eating the same ole things. i dont wont to get burned out . any suggestions to stay motivated. im really trying but some days are harder than others. seems like a lose a couple of lbs. and then if i eat any flex pts. i regain it right back any hints for me . take care marty.

Hi Marty Yes it has been awhile since i talked to you, i am good, but i have been bad as far as my weight loss, but every body has set backs, and that is to be and i dont care who it is, you will have set backs, but just never give up !!! If you really want to do this, you got to keep trying, i have had times where i eat for weeks, i eat my self sick !!!!I feel like well this is my last time i will eat like this ,huh right , here i go the next day the same thing !!!But then enough is enough, back on track.You remember it didnt take us weeks to get this big and it wont take us weeks to get this off nether.!!!I had lost 114 pounds and here and there have gained 16 back over the winter. And yes it pisses me off, but i did it to my self, but this is something i need and i want to do and that is to look and feel normal again, and i will , i know i will reach my goal this year and i WILL DO this ,, THIS YEAR !!!!i have about 60 or so pounds to go, and i know i will do it , there is no dought about it !!!I will do it ! As far as getting bored with food choices, i dont know what you eat, but you can eat every day things, just watch how you prepare it and portion size also.I eat steamed shrimp and french fries (Bake), that is.Make some sugar free jello, put some fruit in it and cover it with f.f. cool whip , yum thats good.Take and grill a turkey buger w/onions, mushrooms, on a light bun with a few bake fries and some apple sauce. Good . Just always keep track of what you eat and you will be fine girl.As far as those flex points, i follow the old program, like you said those flex points seem to get you in trouble.If you study it , you will find this program is the same as the old one, just that they call these points flex points, so it sounds like to me that you think you are getting some thing extra, so you feel like your cheatin or something !! But you have done a great job on your weight loss, so dont beat your self up, you will be alright , and we can do this you know that right ?? right ???We will be able to call each other SKINNY soon right ?? ;D :-*HEY WW BUDDIES-I HAVEN'T BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR AWHILE-BUT IT IS ME-WANNABTHN!! I have been struggling along for a few months now, but I have lost 58 lbs so far and I'll be darned if I'm going to gain it back!!!! I am an emotional eater, if i am stressed, nervous, p-offed, happy, sad....i eat...but that does not mean that I will EVER give up my fight!!!! I love ww and have been a member for almost 14 months. I plan to become a LIFETIME MEMBER- and I hope that you all are, too!!! I will keep giving away all of my big clothes, never to be worn by me again!!!!!!!! It feels good to not have the size 20-22 in my closet anymore, and to go shopping in the "normal size" departments, and not be out of breath when i climb stairs, which I do at every opportunity rather than use the elevators! AND I park way on the outer side of the parking lots when I do go to the stores..that has helped a great deal!!!! LETS ALL STICK TOGETHER AND MAKE LIFETIME MEMBERS, BECAUSE I KNOW ,AND YOU ALL KNOW ,THAT WE CAN BE THIN AND FEEL BETTER AND LOOK GREAT !!! SUMMERS COMING UP, AND FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I HAVE BEEN A KID I WANT TO WEAR SHORTS AND SLEEVELESS CLOTHES!!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MY FATTY CLOTHES THAT I THOUGHT HID FAT, BUT THEY REALLY DON'T!!!!!!! HANG IN THERE AND WITH EACH OTHERS SUPPORT WE CAN BEAT OUR FAT!!!!!!!

So i didnt get to go to weigh in, but i will double up next week. ;D Hi there Hey we all get stuck at least you are not gaining !! Thats the great thing ! You said that you ride a bike , well thats a great way to slim down also. I work in a factory and i am on my feet all day, but i know if i dont try and walk 2 miles when i get home , that i wont if i sit down, i just keep pushing my self some times , when i feel i have no energy left, then i just sit for a few minutes, but that is only AFTER i walk .I just started back walking again last week, and i really have to push sometimes, but i know that once i get on a routine, that it will be so much easyer. I just found out this week , that if you walk 25 miles, you get a 1/2 off your weigh in !! Just need to get one of those thingys, you know a walkameter, or what ever they are called ! I have racked up a few miles since last week !!!Take in with you when you go to weigh and they keep track for you and when you get to the 25 mlies , you get your half off !!! YEA .So you keep up the work and i think you will get un stuck soon, sometimes if you change how much you eat and the types of food , it will help and maybe you are not allowing your self enough to eat !!Also if you have not tryed these yet, try the weight smart vitiams , they might kick start your motor Well you take care skinny girl and i will talk at less of you next week and i want to hear, that it is LESS of you TOO !DO you hear me ;D bye bye
