Hello KimJoMom First let me say Congrad. on the weight loss Have you been keeping track of the sodium in your foods? I had that problem and I learned that the cottage, and baked snacks I was eating was very hi in sodium. you may want to look at the sodium counts in all the thing you have been eating. the weight gain may mostly be water from to much sodium in the food you eat. It will surprise you to see how much is the things you eat and that you would not expect it to be in.

Hey Guys fluid retention signifies an abnormal accumulation of liquid in the circulatory system or within the tissues.Water is found both inside and outside the body’s tissues. It forms part of the blood vessels, helping to carry the blood vessels tissues around the body system and keeping oxygen so that they can be taken up by tissues such as glands, bone and muscle. Thanks a lot!!
