1 Wild goose breast 2 T butter 1 med sweet onion, sliced 1 med green pepper, sliced 4 sliced mushrooms 1 c. canned cheese sauce 4 sub sandwich rolls
Slice the goose breast thinly, this is easier to do if it's partially frozen. Set aside. Melt butter in skillet and saute vegetables until tender. Remove from pan. Turn up the heat and quick fry the meat apx 1 minute on each side. Place on rolls in order-meat, vegies, cheese sauce. 4 Servings.
