DeerMeat Loaf
1 lb. ground deer 1 cup crushed crackers 2 eggs 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup diced onion 1/3 cup milk salt and pepper Garlic salt to taste
Mix ingredients with meat in a bowl. Form into a loaf, place in a small roaster or baking dish. Add ½ cup of water, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Add your favorite vegetables to the water. You can also cook in the microwave using microwave cookware. Form the meat into a ring for more uniform cooking. Cover with wax paper and cook on High for 10 to 15 minutes, or medium for 20 to 25 minutes.
