Smores Bars 4c graham crakers (any kind, into smaller pieces) 3T butter or margerine 7c marshmellows (save one cup for later) 1/4c corn syrup 1 1/2c milk chocolate chips (or any kind) Spray or lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Add graham crakers, spread evenly in pan. In a sauce pan melt butter,6c marshmellows,corn syrup and melt till smooth. Stir in the chips till thourghly melted. Add the 1c of marshmelllows evenly over the graham crakers. Pour melted chocolate mixture over marshmellows. Cool then cut into bars. Keep in air tight container. * Reeses Smores- 4T p'nut butter to melted chocolate mix. * Rocky Road- Sprinkle 1/2 chopped nuts over the marshmellows in pan.Then pour chocolate mixer over. * Sandwich Smores- Over melted chocolate add 1c chopped graham crakers. Let cool.
