1 tablespoon butter 1 medium onion chopped 1 tablespoon green bell pepper chopped 1 tablespoon red bell pepper chopped dash red pepper dash black pepper 1 can corn drained
In a skillet melt butter. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Season with red and black pepper. Add corn and heat.
Note creamed corn may be substituted.
