2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 can cream style corn 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. milk 1 can (6 oz.) ripe olives, drained & chopped 1/3 c. cornmeal 1/4 t. salt chili powder to taste 20 taco shells Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese shredded lettuce chopped tomatoes
Cook beef; drain. Add corn, tomato sauce, milk, olives. cornmeal, salt and chili powder. Transfer to a greased 11x7x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 mins. Spoon 1/4 c. into each taco shell. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 20 tacos.
