1 c. red wine vinegar 1 c. water 1 c. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. catsup 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 can pineapple chunks (16 oz.) 1 green pepper, cut into strips 3 lb. cut up spare ribs 2 Tbsp. cornstarch Bring all ingredients to a boil in skillet except ribs and cornstarch. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with water to make a paste, add to sauce. Stir until sauce clears. Place cut up spare ribs in a baking dish, cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 2 hours. Serve over rice.
