6 pork chops, trimmed of fat 2 fresh lemons, sliced 1 large onion, sliced 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup water brown sugar
Lay a pork chop in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle brown sugar over meat. Lay a thin slice of onion on chop. Add a slice of lemon over onion. Lay another pork chop in slow cooker. Repeat. Mix together ketchup and water and pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on low 7 hours. Serves 6.
