My Aunt is doing weight watchers and has lost about 60 lbs. She says its not a diet, but a life style....however, she is always counting points, carrying around a weight watchers book and a weight watchers calculator. To me, that is a diet....am I wrong? I know she is healthier and I commend her for her success. I personally believe that exercise, portion control, and incorporating a variety of foods is the best way to lose and maintain your weight for a lifetime. Sue www.devotedcatering.com/
