I see what you are saying now. ALL reply's are included.
I always left click and hold the button down so you can highlight the part you want to print or copy. Then right click on it and select print. When your print option comes up you select the page range as: selection. AND then only the part you have highlighted will print.
Do you know how to copy and paste? It's kind of the same thing except instead of selecting copy/paste you select print when you right click.
Boy, that's hard to explain. I hope it makes sense to you.

If you look on the right hand side of the page. (Right by the message/question) it says PRINT. Just click on that and you should have no problems.

Chefshell's Fill You Up Philly Cheesesteaks

In a saute pan over medium high heat, heat a little oil and put in onions. Let them cook about 15 minutes, or until they begin to turn medium brown or start to caramelize. Add bell pepper and garlic. Cook until bell pepper is pliable and no longer crunchy, about 3 - 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and let cook at a simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes; taste. If too acidic, add a little sugar to taste.
In another pan, over medium high heat and with a little oil, saute meat until no longer pink on the outside, about 2 minutes, or until desired doneness. Add the onion, pepper mixture and stir to blend flavors.
Divide the mixture on to each roll and sprinkle cheeses over the top. Broil about 1 minute, or until cheese melts about 4 inches from broiler top.
Herbed Mayo for Sandwiches: 1/2 cup good mayo, snipped chives and about 1 tbsp. horseradish (prepared creamy) and a little salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco.

Shirley's Butter Cream Caramel Sauce
Description: I got this recipe from a friend of mine. It is so yummy. Amanda (my daughter) and I really like it. It does make quite a bit. I put it in small jelly jars. I think it made about 4 jars of sauce. I keep it in the fridge. When we want some I just pop it in the microwave for alittle bit and heat it up.
Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter 2 cups heavy cream (1 cup set aside) 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions: Combine sugar, syrup, salt, butter, and 1 cup of cream in a large heavy sauce pan. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Gradually add remaining cream so boiling doesn't stop. Continue stirring until the temp reaches 215ยบ, if you don't have a candy thermometer this will take about 5-7 minutes. The color of your mixture will turn a light brown, and begin to thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and pour into several small jars or into a 1 quart jar.

Nancy,
I was wondering because I went through ALL the messages that it showed I had posted and ALL of the recipes I posted in the Casserole section are no longer there.
Since I am the moderator for that section too I wasn't sure what happend to them. If someone else deleted them or what.
