TORTILLA SOUP 2 Tbs. butter 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, diced 1 cup water 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can each of chicken broth and beef broth 1 tsp.each of chile powder and cumin(comino) 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce ½ sm. can mild green chiles 2 cups cooked diced, or canned chicken 2 cups(16oz.) Velveeta cheese * 6 corn tortillas, cut into ½ x 2 inch strips Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add soup, seasonings, and all other ingredients EXCEPT cheese and tortilla strips. Blend together and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in cheese and tortilla strips. Cook 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
