Quick Corn Clam Chowder 1 large potato 1/2 onion 1 can creamed corn 1 can chopped clams 1 cup evaporated milk Dice potato in large chunks. Dice onion. Cook potato and onion in water just to cover until potato is tender throughout, do not drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
