Sauté the chopped onion and apples in 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet until they are tender. Add the rest of the butter and blend in the flour and curry powder. Add the consume (or chicken or beef stock), water, lemon juice and cubed lamb. Let it simmer while the rice cooks When rice is done sserve over rice.
