Farmhouse casserole Ingredients 1 kg forequarter lamb chops — 2 Tablespoons plain flour — 3 medium potatoes 1 can Rosella farmhouse vegetable soup — 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley 1 carrot sliced Method 1. Remove meat from bones and trim fat 2. Cut meat into cubes and roll in flour 3. Mix with undiluted soup and place in a casserole 4. Add sliced carrot and top with thin slices of potato 5. Cover and bake at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours 6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving
