Lamb Patties
1 pound ground lamb 2 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dill weed 1 egg 1 clove garlic, crushed 4 slices bacon Mix thoroughly meat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, dill weed, egg and garlic. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty; secure with wooden picks. Place patties on rack in broiler pan, three inches from heat. Broiling time 15 minutes; turn once.
