Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 3:00, Cook: 20 min. 4 lamb round steaks, about 6 ounces each 2/3 cup soy sauce 2 Tbs. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 cup lemon juice Place lamb steaks in a glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over lamb. Marinate in the refrigerator 3-4 hours. Turn on broiler. Remove meat from marinade and place on broiler pan. Broil 4 inch from heat source about 6 minutes per side, basting frequently with marinade, or until just cooked through.
