Fresh Rosemary Bread
" This a wonderful herbed, cheese bread to serve with soup. "
Ingredients 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cups bread flour 3/4 cup oat bran 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) Directions 1 Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start. Makes 1 - 1.5 pound loaf
