Tomato & Green Chile Sauce (Salsa Cruda) Makes 3 Cups You can make it as hot as you like, depending on the number of chiles you use.
6 Medium-sized tomatoes ½ cup (or more) thinly sliced or diced can California green chiles(seeds and pith removed) 1/3 cup minced onion 1 teaspoon salt Minced canned jalapeno chilies(or other hot chilies to taste)
Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Mix with green chilies, onion, salt, and as many jalapeno chilies as please your taste (about 1 jalapeno to each cup of sauce will make it noticeably hot) ;D
