Homemade Chorizo 1 clove garlic 3 teaspoons dried oregano 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar 1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 cup water 2 1/2 pounds ground pork Directions 1 Mix well in blender garlic, oregano, vinegar, chile powder and water. 2 In a bowl pour mixture over ground pork; cover and refrigerate all day. Pour off any water that accumulates. Refrigerate or freeze for future use. Makes 8 servings
