Re-posting of Quick Taco Pie
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup biscuit mix
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fry meat and onion till meat is brown; drain. Stir in taco mix, spoon into greased 8 inch square dish. Beat biscuit mix, milk and eggs till almost smooth. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 deg. for 25-30 min. or till center is set. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 more minutes or till cheese is melted. Cool for 5 minutes.
Good with a dollop of sour cream!!
