MEXICAN TORTILLA CHIP PIE Serves: 4 1 large bag restaurant style tortillas chips, crushed 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa (hot or mild) 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chilies 1 (16-oz.) can refried beans 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded Mexican cheese
Preheat oven to 350º. <br>Brown ground beef in a medium skillet, drain. Add taco seasoning & salsa to ground beef. Stir beef mixture well. Lay half chip in bottom of 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray Then half of the cheese Next, layer can of green chilies that has been mixed with the refried beans. Next layer beef mixture. Layer remaining cheese. Cover up with the rest of the chips. Bake at 350º for 25-30 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
