Makes 6 servings
1 16-ounce package frozen broccoli or 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears 4 chicken breasts cooked and sliced* 1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of chicken soup condensed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 ounces swiss cheese shredded (about 1 cup) 1/3 cup bread crumbs plain dry 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350°.<br> Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. If using broccoli spears, coarsely chop. Place broccoli in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Top with cooked chicken.
In a medium bowl, stir soup, mayonnaise, milk, dry mustard and pepper until blended. Stir in cheese. Spoon evenly over chicken and broccoli. In a small bowl, stir bread crumbs, butter or margarine, and paprika. Sprinkle over top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
