2 cups (480 ml) cubed cooked chicken 1 can (10-3/4 oz/301 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple tidbits 2 celery ribs, chopped 1 T (15 ml) chopped green onion 1 T (15 ml) soy sauce 1 can (3 oz/84 g) chow mein noodles, divided
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Fold in 1 cup (240 ml) chow mein noodles. Transfer to a greased shallow 2-quart (2-liter) baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F (180 C) for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 4-6 servings.
