CHICKEN CACCIATORE & PASTA
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1¾ cups) 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed ½ tsp. garlic powder 1 can (14 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up 1 small green pepper, cut into 2" long strips 1 medium onion, cut into wedges 2½ cups uncooked medium shell pasta
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add broth, oregano, garlic, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until done.
Makes 4 servings.
