SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE
½ pound mild sausage 4 slices bread, crusts trimmed 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the sausage in a cook's essentials 10" or 12" skillet/fry pan, chicken fryer. Stir until crumbly and cooked through; drain. Tear the bread into bite-size pieces. Combine the sausage, bread, eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and cheese in a bowl; mix well. Pour into a non-stick 2-quart casserole. Chill, covered, for 8-10 hours. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
