Tator Tot Casserole
1 1/2 pounds hamburger 1 to 2 can's cut green beans, drained 1 to 2 can's cream of chicken soup (or 1 large family size can) 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 jar Ragu Double Cheddar Cheese Sauce. 1 to 1 1/2 packages (32 ounce size) of Tater Tot's (or puffs)
Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Add onion, and continue cooking until onion is soft. Add green beans, and stir well. Cook for a few moments, then add cream of chicken soup, add about a 1/2 can of water or so to make it a little bit smoother consistency and cook until it bubbles. Remove from the heat and pour into an oblong baking dish. Line the top with Tater Tot's (or puffs, the little fat barrel looking frozen potatoes) and then bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven) until it is bubbly, and the Tater-Tot's are hot. Remove from oven and pour Ragu Cheese Sauce over entire dish (or with any other type of cheese, like Velveeta, grated cheddar, etc...) and return to oven for 10 or 15 minutes to heat the cheese. Remove from oven and serve.
For the potluck I used the larger portions, but this can be cut in half, or added to depending on how much you want to make.
