Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole
8 oz ground beef ½ medium onion; chopped ½ can (15 oz) pizza sauce 4 oz. elbow macaroni; cooked and drained 1 C (4oz) mozzarella cheese; shredded ½ pkg (3½oz) sliced pepperoni ¼ t salt
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1 qt baking dish. bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
