1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1 medium onion chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 oz (5 cups) uncooked dumplings (I use gnocchi) 1 (15 oz) spaghetti sauce 1 (4oz) can mushroom pieces 1/4 tsp. thyme 8oz (2 cups) shredded colby, cheddar or monteray cheese 1. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in large bowl. 2.Heat oven to 350. In large skillet on med. high heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese and noodles. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Pour turkey mixture over noodles. Mix well. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 3. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
