2 lbs. ground beef 2/3 cup chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 qt. spaghetti sauce 1 cup sour cream 2 cups cottage cheese 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained
Sauté meat, onion and seasonings in skillet until browned. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook for 10 min. Mix together sour cream, cheeses and egg. In a greased 9"x13" pan, place a thin layer of sauce on bottom, then 1/2 of the cooked spaghetti. Spoon 1/2 of the meat mixture on spaghetti and then 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers and bake at 375 for 45 min. Great for preparing ahead of time and then pop in the oven later.
