I just found this recipe. Plan to make it tonight. Sounds yummy.
HAWAIIAN DELIGHT PIE
This is so easy too make. Its a no bake and great for summer dessert!
Fill one graham cracker crust with bananas, just enough to line the bottom.
Cover with vanilla pudding ( use instructions to make pudding from box) mixed with coconut
Soften a small container of Cool Whip, drain crushed pineapple and mix with the cool whip and then spread on top of the pie.
Refrigerate

This is how the recipe was written. I used a small box of pudding & I used 1 3/4 c. 1% milk. I had a 15 oz. can of pineapple so that is what I used. Coconut, I probably used around 1/2 c. You could us whatever you wanted according to your taste. I also put cherry halves on top. This seems to be a recipe you could doctor up any way you wanted. You could make it low- fat by using low-fat milk, coconut flavoring instead of coconut, and fat-free whipped topping. I think the next time I make it, I will make the topping with Dream Whip. The Cool Whip was a little too soft and runny. I think the Dream Whip would be stiffer. Also make sure your pineapple is drained real good. I will probably put it out on some paper towels to dry it off, the filling was slightly soft. Hope thes tips will help you. We really liked it. Also, you could probably make a graham crust in a 9x13" pan and double this recipe and make a dessert out of it. Mam-ma
