1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 c. raisins 1 pie shell, unbaked, 9-inch
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices, salt, & eggs; mix well. Blend in sour cream & vinegar; add raisins, stirring to blend. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hr., or until set. Let pie cool at room temp. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream topping, if desired.
