I wanted to share a TNT easy low fat, low sugar recipe. It is very versatile, you can use regular milk or reduced fat. Your pudding can be vanilla, French vanilla or chocolate and can be sugar free or regular instant. You can even omit the toppings if you don't want them and it's still delicious.
Peanut Butter Pudding (a lot like Reeses cups or Butterfingers) 2 cups fat-free milk 1 pkg (1.34 oz) sugar free instant vanilla pudding 2 Tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter (I use Jif) Reduced fat cool whip Chocolate syrup
Whisk the milk and peanut butter until blended, add pudding mix, whisk for 2 minutes until it is thickened. Spoon into dessert dishes, refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
Before serving, dollop some whipped topping and drizzle with syrup. Makes 4 servings, about 112 calories and 3 g of fat each.
