Argo Lemon Sour Cream Pie Sept 20, 2005 7:28:44 GMT -6 Quote Select PostDeselect PostLink to PostMemberGive GiftBack to Top Post by chief_cook2 on Sept 20, 2005 7:28:44 GMT -6 Argo Lemon Sour Cream Pie Ingredients:1 cup sugar1/4 cup cornstarch1 1/4 cup milk3 large egg yolksgrated lemon rind1 teaspoon lemon juice1/3 cup margarine1/4 cup sour cream1 cup graham cracker crustwhipped cream (optional)Directions:Mix sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan. Stir in milk. Heat. Add yolks, lemon rind, juice and butter. Stir constantly as you bring it to a boil. Simmer to thicken, about a minute. Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill until cool but not set. Stir in sour cream and turn into the pie crust. If desired, this can be garnished with sour cream.
