Vanilla1 8oz. bag of Flake Coconut350º oven, beat all ingredients together, put in a greased 10" pie pan and bake for 45 min. Only cook it 45 min...it will settle....cool on counter for about 1 hr then in fridge for 1 1/2 hrs. Just follow the recipe exactly. It will turn out!
