Chinese Burritos Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
4 flour tortillas; 8 inch 2 c chicken and sweet pepper -stir fry 4 oz canned mushrooms; sliced and- drained 1/4 c plum preserves
Instructions
Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in a 350ΓΈ oven for 10 minutes to soften.
meanwhile, in a med saucepan stir together the reserved Chicken and Sweet pepper stir fry, mushrooms, and plum preserves. Cook and stir over med heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
To assemble, spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold in the opposite sides of the tortilla so they overlap.
